Hi, I’m Tracy, and welcome to One Extra Cookie! When I left the corporate world in 2019, I never imagined a family cookie recipe and a creative hobby would become the business I love today.
Thanks to the encouragement of family, friends, and wonderful clients, One Extra Cookie has grown into so much more than I ever expected. The relationships I’ve built with my customers are my favorite part of what I do. I love hearing your ideas, celebrating your milestones, and creating cookies that become part of your memories. Whether it’s your first order or your tenth, my goal is always the same: to make the entire experience feel personal from start to finish.

Availability
Let's Make Something Beautiful
No two orders are alike, so I review each submission individually before confirming your requested date. I ask for at least two weeks' notice to make sure your cookies get the care and attention they deserve. However, I can occasionally accommodate tighter timelines, depending on my current workload and the details of your order.
Please note:
Calendar is only showing estimated availability. Your order and pickup date must be approved and confirmed.
Orders requested sooner than the two weeks advance notice will have a $25 rush fee added to the total.

Pricing for custom-decorated sugar cookies is based on a tiered structure that accounts for the size, quantity, and complexity of your order. Since every order is unique, the best way to get an accurate idea of cost is to submit an order request!

As a home baker, my availability changes week to week, depending on my current orders. The best way to check is to look at my availability calendar above. If your date is open, go ahead and submit your order request to get the ball rolling. Since every order is custom, your date isn't officially confirmed until I've reviewed your submission and we've finalized the details.
